Document update
When you replace or update a document:
Previous buyers automatically get access to the latest version.
You can also choose to send a message to all buyers to let them know there’s an update.
Important to know:
Do not delete your document and upload it again. This will cause previous buyers to lose access.
Always use the “Replace document” button. Your number of sales and reviews will remain intact.
Bundle update
Bundles work a little differently:
Buyers of an existing bundle do not get access to the updated version.
If they want the new documents, they’ll need to purchase them separately or buy the new version of the bundle.
This way, you keep your documents neatly updated and your buyers know exactly what to expect.
