During the review
After you have completed the satisfaction form, our team will start reviewing your request. This process takes up to 3 working days.
During this period, the document will remain visible in your account under “My documents.” You can still view it through the preview pages. This allows us to verify whether your request is valid.
Please note: do not download the document during this period. If you download it, your right to a refund will automatically expire.
If your refund is approved
Once we approve your request, two things will happen:
The document will be immediately removed from your account
You will receive the refunded amount (either as Stuvia credit or back to your bank account, depending on your choice)
Can I purchase the document again later?
Yes, you can. If you decide later that you would like the document after all, you can simply purchase it again.
Please note: if you purchase the document again and request another refund, we will review your request more critically. We want to prevent misuse.
