Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select “Downloads.”
Your purchased document will be ready to open or download!
Important: Documents are not sent via email or physical mail.
It might take up to 10 minutes for your payment to process. If the document doesn’t show up under “Downloads” right away, don’t worry—just give it a moment.
