To open a document, go to the "Downloads" page in your profile. Click on the document to open it in the web viewer, where you can view the complete document. Once you’re satisfied with your purchase, you can download it as a PDF by clicking on the download symbol in the top right corner.
If you’re unable to open a recently purchased document, please contact our support team with as much detail as possible about the issue so we can assist you quickly.
If you encounter an error (such as a 404), please email support@stuvia.com with a screenshot attached, and our IT department will work to resolve the issue.
