KYC procedure for non-EU users

No worries. If you are not an EU user, your payouts are processed through our payment provider Tipalti.

What does this mean?

To withdraw your earnings, you need to upload certain documents for verification. Please note: if you update your personal or payment information, your account must be verified again.

Where can I upload my documents?

You can do this via the Tipalti supplier portal:

  • If verification is required, you’ll receive an invitation to create an account.

  • The portal clearly shows which documents are needed.

  • Upload your documents and Tipalti will review them.

  • If changes are required, you’ll receive clear instructions by email.

What happens if my documents are rejected?

  • Tipalti usually reviews documents within 10 business days (often faster).

  • If a document is rejected, you’ll receive an email explaining why and how to re-upload it.

  • After re-uploading, the document will be reviewed again.

Tips for uploading documents

  • Make sure all corners of the document are visible.

  • Use a clear, high-quality image.

  • Proof of address (such as a utility bill) must include your name and address.
